Completing Your Purchase

Making a purchase with us is quick and simple.
Browse our store and add any products you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you’re ready, click “Checkout” and provide the necessary details so we can process your order efficiently.

If you make a mistake with your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us immediately — we’ll be happy to assist and correct the issue.

Please note that receiving an order confirmation only means we have received your order. It does not constitute a contract. A contract will be formed when we send you your invoice confirming acceptance of your order.
This condition protects us in cases such as pricing errors, accidental underpricing, or situations where an item becomes unavailable.
In the event of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure the updated price is acceptable.

Currency Notice:

The currency converter on our website is for guidance only. All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). The final amount charged in your local currency will depend on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

All goods remain the property of Smart Equestrian Equipment until payment has been received in full.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Please note that these costs do not include any import duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Schedule:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within two business days so we can file a claim with the delivery company and resolve the issue promptly.
Always include your order number in all correspondence.

Proof of delivery provided by our courier shall be considered sufficient evidence of receipt.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please refer to the invoice included with your order, or sent to your registered email address or phone number, for detailed information on returns and exchanges.

Delayed Orders:

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will order it for you.
You will always be contacted and given the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.
